Creative Team

God is a creative being and has given us all an impartation of His creativity in so many ways. At iFocus, we believe in utilising this creativity to reach our family, friends and community for Jesus Christ. By bringing a contemporary feel to our services utilising many forms of expression such as music, drama, video, and dance, we aim to bring the message to life by building on the creativity placed in our hearts.

CREATIVE ARTS WORSHIP TEAM
We are a worship TEAM. We spend a lot of time talking about worship, not only on improving our musical abilities and giftings, but also making worship as a part of our daily lives - our lifestyle.

People have mistakenly given a group of people different tasks to do to complete a given project that they have in mind and assumed that this was the meaning of a team. Whilst a group of individuals might work in the same project, they are not necessarily a team.

A team is a group of people with a common goal that has been clearly communicated. As they work together in commonality, a synergy effect takes place where the team has a great effect. A dynamic of communication, cooperation and unity is developed resulting in blessing which in turn brings amazing results.

Characteristics of a team:

• The team should consist of people with complimentary gifts, not the same gifts. The team members need to have a mix of gifts, talents or abilities that will enable them to achieve their goal.
• The team members are more interested in the outcome than the particular job they have. The job is only important when it works to achieving the goal.
• The team can encourage each other and be encouraged
